REMELT SYSTEMS
Melter controls brix, temperature & retention time using minimum Space, less Power & Steam and ensures the consistency of the melt quality. It is a vertical vessel and top entry stirrer which design according to flow rate of syrup. The output parameters such as brix & temperature are controlled with help of Brix analyzer installed with the system.
The retention time can also be controlled by adjusting the outlet
