LIME MIXING SYSTEMS

Lime mixing tank system is a process, which designed for control pH of lime juice to be stable, and simultaneously, before released to juice clarifier.

This process is controlled by pH control system, which consists of pH controller, pH meter, and pH pump.

 

Application & Technical Detail

The advantages of lime mixing system shall be classified as;

- Able to control pH level simultaneously.

- Minimize usage of lime.

- Due to minimize of lime using, this can reduce scale occurred in evaporator.

- Effective designed of agitation, causes effective energy using and easier for maintenance.
